This school is so different from mine in the states, I never thought about the difference in schools. I was a little preoccupied with the language and the culture. A significant difference as I have said is that the teachers come to you except for electives, which are also different from electives in the states.
But it is more than that; the people in your class are the same for the whole time you are in college. Now if you really don't like them or need to repeat the year, all of these guys are geniuses, then you change classes. Basically the people that I am with have had classes together since they were 5 or 6 years old.
AFS offers year, semester and summer programs to Chile.
